Sooji - Half cup
Salt to taste
Black pepper powder
Red chilli flakes

Way to go:
- Mix the Rava or sooji with Curd well and add little water let it rest for some 10 mts. Rava observes most moisture and becomes thick. Add little more water to bring it to thick and pouring consistency.
- Now add all the items listed under "Veggies and spices" to the above batter and mix well. Adjust salt to taste. Adjust pepper and chilli flakes to your taste.
- Apply the above mix to one side of the bread slices and keep ready.
- Heat a Tawa with two spoons of oil.
- Once the oil is hot, place the side of bread slice with the batter mix facing down and toast the bread say for three minutes.
- As it toasts you can drizzle oil on other side and apply the batter mix to the side on top and turn the bread to get the other side toasted.
- Once done, remove it from the Tawa and serve hot with Tomato sauce. This toast can be had as is without any sauce to go with it.
