Quick recipes that doesnt need a separate posts. My quick notes. 

Chenai masiyal - Pressure cook chenai n toor dhal along with long slit green cilli, turmeric powder, ginger paste n salt. Post cooking add ground coconut only n simmer for a minute. Do tadka

Mor Kuzhambu:

Use either boiled taro, or cooked Bindi to add as "Thaan" for mor kuzhambu. Dont add salt to any of these when you cook as you will add themn to Mor kuzhambu

Turmeric, Diluted curd head in low flame in a kadai, Add the roasted and grinded mix of - Corriander seeds, cumin seeds, 3-4 red chilly, Hing, Chana dhal, Coconut.   Add this to the curd-turmeric mix. Boil for two mts to remove raw smell/taste. Add salt in the end, and tadka with mustard, curry leaves, Cumin.

Bottle gaurd curry for chapathi:

Bottle gaurd curry for chapthi. Steam cook bottle gaurd chunks with chana dhal. And then follow with gravy made of spices, garlic, onion n tomato puree.

Milagu Kuzhambu: Add Peppercorns one spoon to usual Instant sambar powder. You will a quick flavor of milagu kuzhambu

OTG Tips:

  1.  220 deg 5 mts to toast a bread.
  2.  If making bread pizza, toast (220 deg 5 mts ) n then topping n again toast for 3 mts at 220 deg.s
