Another Soup for the lousy rainy weather. Don't you want to wake up, shake up and warm up. A bowl of creamy mix veg soup would do the trick for you. Here goes the way to make it.
Ingredients:
Serving : Serves three.
A handful of Cauliflower florets
Sliced carrots ( 1 inch length) handful
Tomatoes ( medium sized ) - 2 nos ( do not slice)
Beans - Half a handful
Spring onion with leaves (chopped) - Handful
Garlic pods ( Crushed ) - 3 Nos ( optional)
Bay leaf - 1 ( Optional)
Salt and Pepper for taste post preparation

Way to go
- Place all ingredients in pressure cook, pour water enough and cook it for three whistles. Do not pour too much water as we are not going to drain away the water.
- Wait till the pressure seizes and then open it. Do not drain the water.
- Remove the tomato skin and discard them. Keep the bay leaf aside for later use.
- All other cooked ingredients grind them into smooth paste.
- Boil the ingredients in a kadai along with the bay leaf till it reaches creamy consistency.
- Serve hot along with Salt-pepper shaker. So people can add those to their taste.
- You can also break rusks and serve them in a plate along with soup.
- Note: Do not add beetroot to this soup as it ruins the color.
