Pizza with toppings

           
Pizza Dough. You know this one recipe and you can make ur toppings to bring many flavours to it. 


Ingredients:

   Wheat flour  - 2 Cups

    Active Dry Yeast

    Warm Water

     Few spoons of Sugar

    Mozarella cheese for topping

     For Pizza Sauce: Two large tomatoes, Black pepper powder, Salt to taste, Italian Mixed Herbs / Oregano


Way to go

  • Yeast - One teaspoon of Sugar in warm water. Give it a stir well. Then add 1 teaspoon of active dry yeast. Leave it for a minute. 
  • Once it is activated and frothy, add it to two cups of wheat flour.
  • Knead for atleast 15 mts well until dough looses its stickiness. Let it rest for 1.5 hrs so it doubles.
  •  Then make into balls and mould for base. Always use warm water for making the dough as otherwise yeast can get killed. 
  • If making dough ahead, keep it in refrigerator (n not freezer) overnight in an airtifht container. OTG setting is 18 mts at 200 C. 
  • When making pizza sauce, puree one onion n two tomatoes, pepper, salt n mixed herbs. Taste the sauce n adjust for taste as that would make a major part in overall pizza taste. For cheese topping, milkMagic brand works very well if not GO cheese brand.
  • Now roll the dough to the round thickness of your choice. Spread the sauce on it, with toppings of your choice.
  • Preheat oven at 200C for 15 mts.
  • Bake the pizzas at 200C with lower rotisserie on for 15 mts. Test for even cooking and if required bake more for 5 to 10 mts.
