Besan Ladoo

Made Besan ladoo for this Diwali. People make so many dishes. But somehow I am not that fast enough to cook. I end up making only one or two. This one took quite a time as I made Tagar

Ingredients:
   
               Besan - 3 Cups
               Tagar - 2 Cups ( Click here for recipe)
                Ghee - 3 Cups
               Broken dry fruits - 0.5 Cup


Way to go
  • Pour 2 cups of ghee in the pan and heat in medium low heat. Add the besan flour totally to it and roast in medium low flame by constantly stirring it. Continuous attention and stirring matters as otherwise it will get burnt at the bottom.
  • Keep stirring until besan is well cooked and turns golden brown in color mixing well. During this process sprinkle half a glass of water or milk. This will granulate the besan ghee mix giving a crunchy taste. 
  • Once it reaches golden brown, add the Tagar (bura sugar) and mix well. Then mould them into small ladoos.
