Welcome to my blog. Another blog on cooking and recipes. A quick word on me, I am a Software Project Manager with a world renowned MNC. A mother of cute little angel, a wife and more...Just like every other women out there. Multi tasking...
Hmm, there are many blogs on cooking out there. But I still had a reason to have one for my own. A simple reason that too. I wanted to book-keep the recipes I tried and tasted. Many a times I bump on good recipes and I have been quite successful in trying those out. But over period I forget where I picked that best recipe from. Bookmarking on browser are not that helpful. What assurance is there for those blogs to remain available always. So chose to have my own to book keep them.
When I was newly married I had trouble even boiling milk. From those naive days, I have moved on to comfortably cook tasty north and south Indian cuisines. Hmm at times managed positive nod from my people ( not always it is possible). But these days it is becoming more frequent to receive positive nods for my cooking. It is really a feather on my cap. I am not boasting guys. I will still not claim myself an expert. But certainly I have come a long way, all on my own. I traveled the path of cooking alone with Google and Youtube as my support. Thanks to all the good Samaritan bloggers out there on the net.
I trust one day I will move to try on multiple world cuisines and probably discover / Invent my own flavors and recipes.
hmm.. But I am a working mother and I have very little time left with me to experiment in kitchen. But I am sure I will evolve with this short time I have in hand and will one day make a Tarla Dalal out of me. What is life without hope :) and what is life without a dream to move on :)
